Clear stamps are very easy to use, however they do need to be attached to a smooth surface prior to stamping. An acrylic block is ideal as they are completely clear. To use, the stamps are simply removed from the protective backing and attached to the block, they have a slightly tacky backing. The stamps are then dabbed with ink and used as normal. " Some stampers report better results if they stamp on a slightly giving surface such as a mouse pad " Clean the stamps well after use with mild soap, or Ultra Clean and store either on the backing sheet or in a container. Dust and dirt will stop the stamps from sticking " Some inks will stain the stamps, however this does not affect their use, best inks to use are hybrid inks made for detailed stamps .
